Ingredients:

1 white gulaman powder

¼ cup white sugar

4 cups water

1 ½ tsp ube flavoring

250 ml all purpose cream

300 ml ube condensed milk

¼ cup sago

100 g cheese cube

In a pot, add water, sugar, gelatin powder, and ube flavoring. Stir well until everything dissolves.

Once everything completely dissolves, remove mixture from heat.

Start cooking sago pearls by bringing it to a boil until they are translucent.

Then strain and pour cold water onto them to stop the sago pearls from further cooking. Put the sago pearls in a bowl and then set them aside.

Slice cheese into cubes. Set aside.

Slice ube gelatin into cubes as well. Set aside.

In a huge bowl, add all purpose cream and ube flavored condensed milk. Mix together.

Then add cooked sago pearls and ube gelatin cubes. Mix again.

Add cheese and then mix them altogether again.

Cover the bowl with a food wrap or cling film and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

After chilling, put Ube Jelly Salad in a bowl or a glass and serve. You can also add more cheese if you like. Enjoy!
