Is your J.Crew order not quite what you expected? You can get a full refund or exchange on your purchase if you initiate the return process within 30 days of your original purchase. The item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and you can't return lingerie, final sale items or anything that has been altered or customized. You can print a prepaid return label, which will automatically deduct $7.50 from your refund. When your return is processed, your refund will be returned to the original method of payment.
